The Sales Development role holds an important position at the top of the sales funnel for the entire company. The SDR is often our client’s first experience with BridgeSoft, so you need to be able to make a great first impression by providing relevant industry and service knowledge. You will find, develop, and create new business opportunities for our business development team. The ideal SDR candidate is someone who has the ability to master outbound pipeline creation on their way to eventually becoming a successful Enterprise Account Executive.

We are looking for a self-starter with a track record of successful, credible lead follow-up and sales development experience at multiple executive levels within an organization. Day-to-day responsibilities include identifying prospects within small and medium-sized enterprises and Fortune 1000 companies, highlighting how BridgeSoft solutions will enhance and simplify their cybersecurity efforts, routing new leads to Business Development Executives, and tracking various data points that will help optimize your sales efforts.

We are looking to expand our sales force of account executives to fuel even more growth and deliver robust cybersecurity solutions to our clients.

Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Identify new accounts and introduce the BridgeSoft value proposition to key decision-makers.
  • Utilize a consistent contact attempt process via phone, email, and social media to nurture, qualify, and set appointments with prospects through cold calling or following up on leads generated by marketing campaigns.
  • Prospect, educate, and qualify leads to create sales-ready opportunities.
  • Develop solid business relationships with decision-makers and influencers.
  • Successfully manage and overcome prospect objections.
  • Outbound calling/emailing to potential customers daily.
  • Provide consistent and timely follow-up communication and action steps after every sales call.
  • Maintain a well-developed pipeline of prospects.
  • Meet and/or exceed quotas.

Skills Required:

  • Minimum five years’ experience in enterprise B2B sales
  • Cold calling/emailing experience in an enterprise sales “hunter” role.
  • Previous sales development experience is required.
  • Consistent measurable over-achievement in past experiences
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with attention to detail
  • A “get it done now” attitude.
  • High energy, passion, and a positive attitude.
  • Proven ability to meet and exceed sales quotas.
