Job Description:

As part of a development technology team, individual analyzes business requirements and problems and drives research to design quality technical solutions. Handles complex problems independently and demonstrates analytical thinking. Is able to make judgements and recommendations based on the analysis and interpretation of data.

 

ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Execution, Defect triaging, Communication Strategy
  • Work with a variety of languages and tools including .NET, SQL Server, Visual Studio, JavaScript, Team Foundation Server, XML, Selenium and Appium
  • Participate in industry and other professional networks to ensure awareness of industry standards, trends and best practices in order to strengthen organizational and technical knowledge
  • Compiles, researches, analyzes, and documents data, requirements, workflow/ processes, functionality and or controls related to Identity & Access Management
  • Develops and evaluates information, and prepares recommendations based on analysis for use in decision-making
  • Provides leadership for IAM strategic transformational and compliance projects or programs
  • Acts as a liaison or subject matter expert to business and technical stakeholders transitioning to new IAM transformation and compliances processes
  • Provides advanced levels of analysis and leadership across business stakeholders, technical stakeholders and other analysts supporting transformational initiatives as well as existing operational analysis for the Identity & Access Management (IAM) services
  • Embrace and apply Agile Software Development practices
  • Work with the development and test teams to automate complex testing, create new test harnesses, implement new automation tools and create innovative automated test systems
  • Review methods and procedures for applicability on new assignments
  • Collaborate with cross-functional team members to identify and develop test plans and test cases representative of how clients use our applications
  • Work closely with scrum team to accomplish common goals
  • Automate prioritized test cases for new feature and regression suites
  • Perform light object-oriented programming tasks towards maintenance of automation framework
  • Active participation in requirement gathering and clarification
  • Own Test Strategy/Scenario creation, Test Execution and reporting for Projects
  • Support Functional and Regression test cases automation
  • Managing and addressing test dependencies across streams or applications
  • Test execution status monitoring and reporting to different stake holders
  • Collaborate with Dev teams for defects triaging and reporting
  • Identifies opportunities for improving efficiencies proactively
  • Perform Root Cause Analysis for Production Incidents
  • Developing and executing test plans to ensure that all objectives are met
  • Implementing and monitoring test scripts to assess functionality, reliability, performance and quality of the service
  • Identify and remedy defects within the production process
  • Recommend, implement and monitor preventative and corrective actions to ensure that quality assurance standards are achieved
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment.

Skill Set:

  • Proven work experience as a Quality Analyst
  • Experience in working through Status Reports, Test Strategy, Test Script creation
  • Strong customer service orientation
  • Experience in auditing and testing
  • Experience in IAM SailPoint
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Should have good exposure for the client interaction
  • Strong computer skills and knowledge of QA databases and applications
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Meticulous attention to detail
  • Relevant training and/or certifications as a Quality Analyst
  • Ability to write and analyze test reports across the project teams
  • Participate in requirements sessions / review technical documentation to confirm consistency with program operations
