Bridgesoft is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Executive to manage end-to-end human resources operations while ensuring smooth day-to-day office administration. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in recruitment, employee lifecycle management, compliance, and workplace efficiency, supporting both people and business operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and employee exit processes
Maintain accurate employee records and documentation in compliance with HR policies and labor laws
Handle payroll inputs, attendance tracking, and leave management using HRMS and payroll systems
Support performance management cycles, employee engagement initiatives, and grievance handling
Coordinate training programs and manage employee upskilling initiatives
Ensure compliance with internal HR policies and support external and internal audits
Primary Skills and Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA / PGDM in HR preferred)
3–5 years of hands-on experience in HR operations and office administration
Strong understanding of labor laws, statutory compliance, and HR best practices
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and HRMS / payroll / attendance systems
Strong interpersonal skills with a hands-on, problem-solving mindset
Ability to multitask, prioritize responsibilities, and maintain strict confidentiality
