Oversee all accounts, human resources, and administrative matters of the company.
Prepare and handle daily accounting operations, such as invoicing, payment, payment
follow-ups, etc.
Review quarterly and yearly balance sheet, Profit & Loss, and cash flow reports.
Manage payroll and taxation matters of the business.
Assist on the whole recruitment process and other HR relevant matters.
Keep track of the Vendor/Client paperwork repository and create purchase orders as
needed.
Reconciling the company’s Bank statements and Bookkeeping Ledgers.
Filing and remitting taxes and financial obligations
Should be able to book and make travel arrangements.
Must be able to provide official / professional presentation.
Skill Set:
Bachelor’s degree in business administration or in finance/accountancy/banking or
equivalent..
Team player with good communication and interpersonal skills
Take ownership and responsibility, able to work independently and multi-task
Proficient in MS office, Excel, Quick Books
Well-developed understanding of business fundamentals: company procedures,
strategies, operating models, etc
