Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual statements (balance sheets and income
statements.
Compliances like TDS return, advance tax, GST, professional tax, handling cash,
bank reconciliation.
Verifies bills received from Contracts/ vendors/ suppliers w.r.t signed agreements,
statutory compliances etc.
Processing Salaries of employees, Generating Payslips in paybooks software.
Discussion with employee’s day to day activities, resolving their Issues.
Prepare Export Invoice to USA
Monitoring Employees who are working in Night shift, tracking their mails and
process the allowances, after taking proper approval from their managers.
Preparing Annual TDS slabs for employees, EPF profiles creating UAN numbers and
Filing Professional tax returns.
Collecting Company Credit card bills every month and enter the books of accounts.
Prepare Salary and Hike Breakup letters of employees.
Attending Team meetings every week and update work status to CEO of the
company.
Co-ordinating with Head Accounts team regarding Payments of taxes, vendors,
salaries ETC
Keeping Accounts data Back-up every day
Skill Set:
Bachelor’s degree in business administration or in finance/accountancy/banking or
equivalent.
Team player with good communication and interpersonal skills
Take ownership and responsibility, able to work independently and multi-task
Proficient in MS office, Excel, Quick Books
Well-developed understanding of business fundamentals: company procedures,
strategies, operating models, etc.
