We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Digital Marketing Strategist to join our team. As a Digital Marketing Strategist, you will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive digital marketing strategies to achieve our business objectives. Responsibilities:
Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including but not limited to social media, email, search engine optimization (SEO), pay-per-click (PPC) advertising, content marketing, and display advertising.Develop creatives, design on Canva & other tools. Expertise to run a campaign on Linkedin, Facebook, Instagram & Other Social media platforms.
Conduct thorough research and analysis of market trends, competitor activities, and customer behavior to identify new opportunities and optimize existing campaigns.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, product development, and creative, to align digital marketing initiatives with overall business goals and objectives.
Utilize data analytics tools to track, measure, and report on the performance of digital marketing campaigns, making data-driven decisions to optimize results and ROI.
Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and technologies, and provide recommendations for continuous improvement and innovation.
Monitor and manage digital marketing budgets, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and cost-effective campaign execution.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with external vendors, agencies, and partners to support digital marketing initiatives and achieve desired outcomes.
Provide strategic guidance and mentorship to junior members of the digital marketing team, fostering a culture of collaboration, learning, and growth.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field; Master's degree preferred. Experience in IT Industry only.
Proven track record of success in developing and implementing digital marketing strategies that drive measurable results and achieve business objectives.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, analyze trends, and extract actionable insights to inform decision-making.
Excellent project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage timelines, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively present ideas, influence stakeholders, and build consensus.
Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including but not limited to Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, HubSpot, and Mailchimp.
Creative thinking and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail and a passion for innovation.
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team, demonstrating leadership and mentorship qualities.
