Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Digital Marketing Strategist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about digital marketing and possess a deep understanding of the latest trends, technologies, and best practices in the field. As a Digital Marketing Strategist, you will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive digital marketing strategies to achieve our business objectives. We are looking for an all-rounder with strong expertise in many of these areas and the ability to become expert in the areas that are new to him/her. 

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including but not limited to social media, email, search engine optimization (SEO), pay-per-click (PPC) advertising, content marketing, and display advertising.Develop creatives, design on Canva & other tools. Expertise to run a campaign on Linkedin, Facebook, Instagram & Other Social media platforms.
  • Conduct thorough research and analysis of market trends, competitor activities, and customer behavior to identify new opportunities and optimize existing campaigns.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, product development, and creative, to align digital marketing initiatives with overall business goals and objectives.
  • Utilize data analytics tools to track, measure, and report on the performance of digital marketing campaigns, making data-driven decisions to optimize results and ROI.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and technologies, and provide recommendations for continuous improvement and innovation.
  • Monitor and manage digital marketing budgets, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and cost-effective campaign execution.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with external vendors, agencies, and partners to support digital marketing initiatives and achieve desired outcomes.
  • Provide strategic guidance and mentorship to junior members of the digital marketing team, fostering a culture of collaboration, learning, and growth.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field; Master's degree preferred. Experience in IT Industry only. 
  • Proven track record of success in developing and implementing digital marketing strategies that drive measurable results and achieve business objectives. 
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, analyze trends, and extract actionable insights to inform decision-making. 
  • Excellent project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage timelines, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. 
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively present ideas, influence stakeholders, and build consensus. 
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including but not limited to Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, HubSpot, and Mailchimp. 
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail and a passion for innovation. 
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team, demonstrating leadership and mentorship qualities. 
  • By being proactive in giving advice, you can make a impact on foster growth and development, and contribute to building stronger relationships based on trust and support. 
  • Launching a new podcast as a digital marketing strategist can be an excellent way to share insights, tips, and expertise with your audience while establishing yourself as a thought leader in the field.
