Job Role:

• Senior Project Manager / Scrum Master

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate internal resources for the flawless execution of projects.
• Ensure that all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
• Develop project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring        technical feasibility.
• Ensure resource availability and allocation meets project requirements.
• Develop detailed project plans to track progress and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
• Use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule, and costs.
• Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools, and techniques.
• Implement strong working knowledge of Microsoft Project, Microsoft Planner, and other project management tools (e.g., Basecamp, Trello).
• Hands-on experience with agile methodologies, particularly scrum and kanban-based execution.
• Proficient use of Jira for project tracking and management.
• Strong understanding of the processes / tools and methodologies for product implementations, maintenance and support engagements.
• Ensure consistent delivery quality across all streams of work.
• Report and escalate to management as needed regarding project status and issues.
• Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders, ensuring satisfaction and alignment with project objectives.
• Perform risk management to minimize project risks and establish contingency plans as necessary.
• Mentor and support project team members as needed, fostering a collaborative environment.

Qualifications:

• Excellent educational background, preferably in computer science or engineering
• Minimum 12 years of experience in project management / delivery management
• Proven working experience as a Delivery Manager or project manager in the information technology
• Solid technical background with understanding or hands-on experience in software development and web technologies.
• Strong client-facing and internal communication skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• PMP or Certified Scrum Master certification is a plus.
• Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking abilities
• Must have had experience in either Services or Product based delivery for at least 6-8 years in the managerial role
• Good to have had onsite client interaction experience

Additional Preferred Skills:

• Experience with Identity and Access Management (IAM) systems, especially SailPoint-related product implementation and support, is advantageous.
