We are looking for a dynamic and proactive HR Generalist with 3+ years of experience in recruitment and HR operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment, supporting HR operations, and ensuring smooth implementation of HR policies and processes.
Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
- Manage end-to-end recruitment process including sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and offer rollout.
- Coordinate with hiring managers to understand hiring requirements and job specifications.
- Use job portals, social media, and other channels to attract suitable candidates.
- Maintain candidate pipelines and recruitment trackers.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
HR Operations
- Manage employee onboarding and documentation.
- Maintain employee records and HR databases.
- Support payroll inputs, attendance, and leave management.
- Assist in implementing HR policies and ensuring compliance.
- Handle employee queries related to HR policies and procedures.
- Support performance management and employee engagement initiatives.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in HR with strong exposure to recruitment and HR operations.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office and HR tools/ATS is an advantage.
