We are seeking a data-driven Power BI Developer with 4-5 years of experience to design, build, and deploy business intelligence solutions. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to transform raw data from Microsoft 365 and other enterprise sources into actionable insights, interactive dashboards, and compelling visual reports.
Key Responsibilities:
Dashboard Development: Design, develop, and maintain visually appealing, interactive Power BI dashboards and reports.
Data Integration: Connect to various data sources within the Microsoft 365 ecosystem (SharePoint, Dataverse, Excel, Azure) and external databases.
Data Modeling & DAX: Create robust data models, write optimized DAX queries, and implement row-level security (RLS).
ETL Processes: Clean, transform, and load data using Power Query (M formula language).
Collaboration & Support: Partner with stakeholders to gather requirements, document technical specifications, and provide user training on Power BI tools.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Experience: 4-5 years of hands-on experience in business intelligence, data analysis, or a dedicated Power BI role.
Technical Proficiency: Strong expertise in Power BI Desktop, Power BI Service, DAX, Power Query and Generate Power BI Reports.
M365 Ecosystem: Solid understanding of Microsoft 365 integration points (SharePoint lists, Power Automate, Power Apps).
Data Skills: Proficient in SQL for data extraction and a strong grasp of data warehousing concepts.
Analytical Mindset: Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to translate complex data into clear business narratives.
Preferred Qualifications:
Microsoft Certification (e.g., PL-300: Microsoft Power BI Data Analyst).
Familiarity with Azure data services (Azure SQL, Synapse, or Data Lake).
