We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced US Accountant to join our team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in US Accounting processes, QuickBooks, and strong communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Strong knowledge of US Accounting.
Advanced knowledge of QuickBooks Online and QuickBooks Desktop, including bookkeeping, account reconciliations, journal entries, month-end and year-end closing, financial reporting, payroll processing, budgeting, and troubleshooting accounting discrepancies.
Experience in AP, AR, and general ledger accounting.
Knowledge of standard business contracts such as MSAs and SOWs.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial reporting.
Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or a related field.
Experience working with US-based clients.
Prior exposure to payroll processing and financial audits.
